To better cater to customers’ demands and deliver comprehensive usage guidance and timely after-sales service, we adhere to the philosophy of “pursuing top-tier quality in all aspects with customer satisfaction as our core tenet”. Guided by the principle of “thoughtful service and reliable product quality”, we hereby make the following commitments to our customers:

I. Product Quality Commitment

  1. The manufacturing and testing of all products comply with relevant national standards.
  2. All products are inspected by professional testers to guarantee all performance indicators meet your requirements.
  3. We shall bear full liabilities for any quality defects of our products arising within the warranty period.

II. Delivery Lead Time Commitment

We guarantee delivery of ordered products to the designated location within the timeframe specified by the buyer. Should you have special requirements for an earlier delivery, we will negotiate with you to fully satisfy your demands in a timely manner.

III. Damage Arising from Transportation

If any defects (including surface damage) are found upon unpacking the delivered goods, we shall resolve the issue in an acceptable manner for the buyer, including prompt repair, replacement or provision of brand-new products.

IV. Warranty Service

Within the warranty period, if the same equipment suffers from the identical quality fault and fails to function properly after three consecutive repairs, we undertake to replace it with a new unit of the same brand and model. We provide three guarantees (repair, replacement and refund) for all product quality issues.

For equipment out of warranty, we only charge the cost of spare parts for replacement and maintenance, with no additional labor, technical or service fees incurred.

V. After-Sales Support Plan

LEAKSENSE does not provide direct installation services. However, we maintain a network of well-trained partner installers nationwide, who will coordinate to ensure all systems are installed and maintained in strict accordance with customer specifications.

LEAKSENSE is a pioneer in the industry to offer a 5-year product quality warranty. We are confident that our leak detection systems can operate stably and continuously for 5 years or even 10 years after installation.
